Default No Name Chinese GPS System Timezone issue...seems common but no solution found yet?

I have a Car GPS Unit running WINDOWS EMBEDED CE 6, there is NO DVD...it has bluetooth\Radio\Rear Cam and Aux Cam support.
Chinese No Name but does say 7021G bottom right.
    Info shows
    MStar Semiconductor
    Senicaonductor EWB 6.0
    WinCE6
    112MB RAM
    Arm 1156T2F-S 600MHz
    800x600

    Heres a Pic:-
    Spoiler: pic

The issue is simple...the OS is in Chinese, the front end in English and works well for what I want and runs IGO Primo well so very happy with it.
However, when the GPS signal is reached the Front end Clock changes to China Time!! If you changed it back using the Front End Clock settings in menu its fine for a while then changs back to China Time!

I'm not able to find a firmware to it after the 3 days of searching.....hope someone on here can help!!

    Many Thanks
    Rossy

Are you saying that GPS time gives you incorrect value that's not for your area/region?

No,GPS is correct TIME for my region, but OS Set to Chinese, so OS changes to like 7 hrs behind (I Think approx) then the Front end Clock changed and Date! So anoying!!!
Using tools I got to the CE desktop, start menu control pannel all in Chinese and even tho you can not perminantly save anyway on regional setting there is no English/Uk same on time zone no Greenwich GMT.
The APP that runs on CE has a Language section thats set to English but that only the Front End....
Quite a common issue apparently...unless ther is a setting in IGO Primo not to pass GPS time to OS like in IGO 8.3...but the settings in the sys.txt that I found do not work...
I have customized IGO Primo too....and like very much but when tested with IGO 8.3 its seems IGO and OS do not talk....both times are seperate..i.e. clock on Front end stays as set and IGO gets from GPS....but do not like IGO 8.3. Voices not good and less customising.
Just need a way to change WinCE to english.....perminatly!!

Thanks for the quick reply BTW...I've posted this on 2 other sites...you are the 1st to reply!!

Ok, so it sounded like the OS is overwriting GPS time used inside iGO. You can tell iGO not to "automatically" used the Real Time Clock (RTC) with following settings in sys.txt
