Ohhhhhhhhhhh, I wrote a mistake, S 5 uses Androïd 6.01... I'm very sorry !!!
Since last post, I found a "quite radical" workaround to activate meteo-service on it
---> I copy/paste all *.sav files found in the profiles/01 folder of my Pongo_Gift :
connected_resources.sav
Lua_PERSISTENT_.sav
notification.sav
persistent_vars.sav
service_register_V1.sav
SETTINGS_V2.sav
TRIPDATA_V2.sav
url_address_file.sav
user_settings.dat.sav
I had not enough patience to test them one by one and I'm not sure if it is the best idea to copy/paste all those .sav files... I can only say my meteo works now and Avic seems not disturbed by the manip

Only one built-in scheme.
Schemes from other versions are not "naturally" supported.

meteo with Avic
Hi
To have meteo using Avicsync on my S5 (Androïd 6.0.1) :
It seems necessary to also copy/paste the initial [connected_resources] folder (does not exist in target profile folder)... Seems containing codes like licenses
My meteo is Ok now
>> if renaming this folder with --- extension, meteo does not work anymore
>> after resetting to its original name, meteo returns well

No voice at all, but it is a normal issue with our DT_Avic skin
I do not test with Pongo's one, perhaps they are Ok......... ???

I'm using the package of ux and data.zip by Pongo of 2017/10/12.
Also did the procedure informed by BIBUOT in posts #94 and #98.
All work fine.
