    Hi Easy,

    THANK YOU!

I Really hope that the community can help me out. It's safer because if I do something in the original SD card I can mess up ending without any navigation working.
I will perform your recommendations and see if it will work.
    I'll keep you posted.

    Again, a big thank you.

    Hi Easy,

I've just performed what you told me to do. Overwrite the *.exe file and deleted all the others you told me to.

I saw here in the forum that there is a software that simulates the navigation system: Emulator WinCe 5.0

I've tried to run the new mobilenavigator.exe and it doesn't run in this simulator.

    Any hint?

    thanks in advance.

Why are you complicating simple things?
Why not test in real navigation, where should it work?
It could work here and not there, or vice versa.
Where do you need it to work?
In emulator or in car navigation?
    I don't understand.

It could not hurt your navigation device.

    Hi osiris4isis,
First of all, apologise for not having seen your post. sorry!
I overwrite all the files you've been so kind to send me but they're not working ... or ... I'm not doing something right.

I'm using a simulator of wince 5 to test the hints from the comunitiy and none have worked.

After replacing the files, the navigator starts but get stucked as the image in the link. You can also see the simulator i'm using.

Many thanks for the time you've spent trying to help me.

    Easy,

I understand your point but to test it in the real navigation I have to dismount the dashboard of my car and the SD card reader is inside the dashboard. Normally I take 45 minutes to open the dashboard, change the sd card and mount again.
Thatís why I try to test the solutions via the simulator.

For you to understand, please find here the link of my system

Wow - that has to be the most poorly designed head-unit that I have ever seen - if you have to disassemble your dash to get to the SD slot then it kind of defeats the whole purpose of an SD card slot! I know if wasn't up to you how the SD card was implemented, I'm just saying - how stupid! :-)

    Jtrosky,

Unfortunately, the GPS module has the sd card slot on it and again, unfortunately its inside the dashboard ...

They could have made a SD extension to the glove compartment but no ... They just want you to go every time you need to update the nav soft to the dealer and pay for it.

    @GPSTUGA

You don't have to upload images to mega.
When typing reply just click on blue "Add image to post" left under frame and follow instructions.
Or click on "Go Advanced" and do the same.
It will be inserted in cursor position of text you are typing

On first start, when save folder is empty, program needs much longer time to start.
If there is no error message, or program don't crash, you should wait to finish analyzing all available files and searching for GPS and TMC module.
If there is no GPS nor TMC, it could be even much longer.
    Be patient

    @Easy,

    Sorry for the pics.
I left my computer running with the simulator for 10 minutes.
I'll put it running during the night and will see the result in the morning.

Again, thank you for your patience and help.

I posted what you had posted as-is because people were having problem accessing it. I did not change anything so no need for you to test it. I still do not understand why you are trying to emulate the proggy since the whole point of trying to get it working is for it to run on original nav unit.
