You did not provide any information important for solving problem.

    What version of primo?

First, put only couple of maps, those you really need, with corresponding files (POIs, buildings). Without fsp/ftr/fpa/fda...or other addons, without speedcams, without DEM, without skins, and only with needed license (2-3).
Then, try adding more maps, then speedcams, then DEM...etc.

Did it ever work properly? If so, did anything change around the time that you started getting the memory errors (new maps, new version of app, etc)?

If it worked fine and then all of the sudden quit working properly without you changing anything, then I suspect either an issue with the SD card (if the navigation app/content is stored on SD card) or some sort of hardware issue.

Are you running a cr@cked version of iGo? DId you make any changes to the navigation app/content around the time it stopped working?

Depending on whether or not the app is cr@cked and whether or not it's stored on an SD card will determine the next steps...

Almost sounds like a hardware problem if it just started happening out of the blue like that (and you've tried another SD card). What's strange is that it worked at all on a different SD card - the unit must have came with a cr@cked version of iGo...

Other than trying a hard-reset of the head-unit, I'm not sure what else to do. Have you tried a hard-reset? It's almost like some of the RAM chips in the head-unit went bad or something. I'd be curious to see how much RAM the unit reports (check the crash file on the SD card and post contents).

Many things might cause issue: Out of Memory....

    Executable you are using....
data.zip if it is modified might cause this issue
    license !!!! you are using.....

This issue never comes because of memory problem of your device...like map,TTS,dem etc
Don't forget that all chinese device having cracked software....Never original!

If problem exist try to add a new software...
