Path to .exe file
so basicly my problem is that all the WinCE, change navigation path, settings, navigation etc icons are collided in one. When I press on that one collided icon it says "Please set Navigation path". What I did to cause it was putting these files "http://www.gpspower.net/igo-maps/342003-igo-r3-here-full-navteq-2015-q4-europe-torrent.html" in my SD card folder named "Primo". I then changed the nav path to that folder and it seemed like running, but froze after language select and this icons collide happened. When the device is turning on it says "MEDIATEK". I really have no idea what to do, maybe anyone can help me ?

So these are files ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) in my GPS internal memory. I have backed them up and tried to delete from the internal memory and nothing changed. I could still access the same menu as before, nothing changed. So I assume these files are just navigation files and not the OS. Question is how i can reach OS files and fix this collided UI ?
Tried resetting the device back to default?
The Restore button beside the Backlight button in the pic above should reset the device back to it's default settings.
There's also most likely a small reset button somewhere on the device, back or side maybe, you'll need to use the stylus or something with a small tip to fit in the hole.
If the Restore button doesn't fix it, with the device turned on push & hold that reset button for about 15-20 seconds & see if that helps.
EDIT: If that above does fix the icon issue, before starting the navigation program try renaming the folder named 'save' that's shown in your pic, that'll reset the navigation software back to default so it starts without any settings saved that may be wrong etc..
Name it anything save_old or old_save, whatever you choose.
If you have any saved personal POI's or saved tracks they can be copied into the new save folder the software will create automatically at a later date.
If there's nothing like that you want to keep just delete it instead of renaming it.

Do big things!
Ty for response JmaCWQ.
I have tried both things, the Restore button on UI and soft reset mechanical button. I also deleted "save" folder before doing these resets. Maybe there is some kind of hard reset?
There could be a way to hard reset it but I don't know how, I thought that's what the small mechanical button did but maybe the only way to do it is by re-installing/flashing the ROM, but then there's a chance it'll end up as a paperweight if something goes wrong.
I've never seen anything like what that device has done before so just thinking out loud here of what I'd do if that happened to me....
Does it make any difference if you collapse then expand the desktop icons again?
Or if you start the Nav software from the Nav icon on the left above the Music icon?
What about collpasing the icons & showing/removing the calendar and setting a different wallpaper (the 2 small square buttons top left) then expanding the icons again?
Perhaps tapping several times quickly where they've all collpased to?
I imagine you've already tried all that, was thinking maybe it'll trigger a reset of the icon positions if you're lucky.
Could be the CE registry has become corrupted too I guess.
Have you tried something like another shell that allows you to get into CE & have a look around?

Do big things!
Is the device very old?
Perhaps the seller could give/send you the correct ROM with instructions on how to update it properly?

In back side of your device, should be a small hole, this is hard reset button.....so if it has a small hole give a try!
The other way to make reset is:
Download this programs, copy to your device, find Reset.exe, and make a reset....

Don't worry about UI, I had this small issue with my old wayteq....
To fix this if I remember right, go to menu in settings, and try to install different language, select new language or new theme and then UI will be OK!
To run your igo.exe do the following:
First of all you must delete file: branding_full.zip
Delete folder save!
Delete folder speedcam, it is into path: Navi\content\speedcam
This folder if it is too heavy (has too many speedcam) cause the delay you said and you feel that Navi stuck-freeze after you select language.....
if you wait for 1-2 min then igo will create the files it needs......but on the other hand if you wait and your device has 64mb ram surely you will get "memory issue".
