    Colleague msigler - with all due respect - but write precisely !!!
    in his post - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    You wrote "res. 976x600 portrait
    res. landscape 552x1024 ''
    Now you write that you have a message:
    "User interface resolution 1024x527 is not supported"
    - so that the information is correct?

    Download from Android Market free program ScreenSpecs - run it once vertically once a portrait - and here show screens of the program.

    Do you have the status bar turned off after starting iGO program? (Status bar = notification bar, with time, running applications, etc.)
    White area of screen resolution test program mean the display WITHOUT status bar. So, if your iGO program has a visible statusbar, it's bad.

    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    Also, remember that you must combining the correct SYS.TXT entries with a correct Multimode.ini entries.

    So, again my friend :-P . Please try the entries again. Please, use only the configuration entries only! Under appropriate configuration section of [rawdisplay] and [modes] - no other entries please under these configuration sections! You can use the commented lines by ";" sign if you have more entries under your actual configuration sections:
    Code:
    Please Login or Register to see the links
    Then you must delete the folder "iGO/save/" and restart iGO. Please rename the folder "iGO/ux/" if you use it to another, for example as "iGO/ux---backup". The above entries must work for your tablet! If it does not work, then your "DATA.ZIP" file is incorrect. Try to download another file from the internet, for your platform and iGO version.

    BTW for editing the "multimode.ini" file (thorough DATA.ZIP archive) is better TotalCommander editor with the ZIP-package module (built-in archiver). iGO can read only the certain standard of ZIP-archive. Some archivers such as WinRAR can disrupt this standard!

    Definitely you can to try a newer version of iGO -> a newer NextGen version, not the old Primo version.

    Sometimes before I was recommended to try iGO Primo Israel 9.6.29.636868 version. Including of course the new DATA.ZIP, multimode.ini modified file, modified SYS.TXT file. Did you try also this version?
    iGO Primo Israel 9.6.29.636868 improved by arimi - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    There are already some new versions of iGO Nextgen but not yet so well tried and tested like this Avicsync.
    I suggest you try the brand new version of iGO Nextgen Avicsync:

    - installation of the iGO Nextgen Avicsync:
    iGO Avicsync 9.18.28.624772(Jan 14 2016) - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    +
    - modified SKIN for the iGO Nextgen Avicsync: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    Skin Avicsync by pongo

    OR

    ...or try older version (by date of publication), pretty fast, from the post No.17, here:
    iGO Primo NextGen (dumped from iCarNav) v9.19.1.484935 - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    The note:
    - there is a dead link with the base folder, but all other links are working and the base directory you can use your own current

    Mate lameriq - msigler asked about iGO Primo version 2.4 - and you offer him a version of NextGen ...
    Primo 2.4 can be installed on any device!

    Mate msigler:
    If the masses of the problem of determining the correct resolution of your device, then the output is as follows:
    1. With this post ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ) download version of iGO - I prepared specially for people who like you have problems with the installation ...
    Link for version you have in post # 2 (thx navigator ).
    2. Carefully read the description of the installation - it is newer than yours, and very good (stable !!!).
    3. Uninstall your old version and clean everything - that is, remove all old files in particular folders iGO.
    4. Download a Java applet Clean Cache - and clear the remnants of the cache device.
    5. According to the description given in the post - Select the installation location (SD or Internal memory) and install the program.
    6. After installation, do not run only restart (on and off) the device.
    7. After turning on the device - run iGO.

    Warning:
    In this post - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    have shown various resolution screens of devices - adjust the resolution for this version (only this !!!) is automatic.
    Good luck
    PS. If you still are problems - write

    regards wojpen

    PS2.
    Lameriq:
    Accurate and very simple way to determine the actual size of the screen on the device:

    Rename the file data.zip on _data.zip,
    IGO run horizontally
    You will be given an error message:
    "User interface resolution ****x*** is not supported or compatible skin can not be found"
    Likewise, the vertical

    indicated value ***x*** - is the actual size of the screen - incorporating belts, etc.. - no combining, counting, etc.

    does not mention a specific version, but the new version of the recommendations. So I advised him the latest iGO Primo 2.4 and other developmental generation iGO - explicitly Nextgen series. In addition to all that he would need to quickly test whether the new version will work, and if not then the problem is with the hardware respectively in the operating system Android.

    Thanks for the tip. Once I thought about it, that as to finalize over the debugging code (error preaching) iGO program to screen resolution (statement after the error).

    All files installed from the post -
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ?
    You've done installations as written?

    ps.
    Rotate the phone 90 degrees and enter what is the message - (entered only one - 600x951 and the other?)
    ok.
    .......................

    Colleague @msigler, If you downloaded the files from the specified post - this is so:
    *in the original multimode.ini (in data.zip) - there is this:
    m3 = 768..960,400..600 "800_480"
    m4 = 480..600,700..960, "800_480"
    m5 = 1024..1280,552..800 "1024_768"
    m6 = 600..800,960..1280, "1024_768"

    It Defines resolution ranges for the choice of "base interface"
    / For more info - look this post: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] /

    The m3 line will be selected if the screen width is between 768 and 960 and the height between 400 and 600, if this line is selected the "base interface" will be "800_480".
    The m4 line will be selected if the screen width is between 480 and 600 and the height between 700 and 960, if this line is selected the "base interface" will be "800_480".
    The m5 line will be selected if the screen width is between 1024 and 1280 and the height between 552 and 800, if this line is selected the "base interface" will be "1024_768".
    The m6 line will be selected if the screen width is between 600 and 800 and the height between 960 and 1280, so this line is selected the "base interface" will be "1024_768".

    Your "native resolution" is 1024x600.
    Adjusting the real picture to the screen - will be better for the "base interface" 1024x768

    So in your case, we have:
    Portrait: 600x951 -> line m4
    Landscape: 1024x527 -> line ????

    This is not correct - because it does not cover the two orientations (two lines in one base interface)
    I modified like this - here:
    m5 = 1020..1280,500..800 "1024_768"
    m6 = 500..800,900..1280, "1024_768"

    But - Now you need to insert a file iGO;
    You can change the data.zip - but it is a little dangerous and requires knowledge of editing zip ...
    There is an easier way:
    The Root directory iGO - create a new folder named "ui_android"
    to this folder you insert a text file named "multimode.ini"
    In this file you have modified the original record multimode.ini - for its resolution:

    [modes]
    ; mx = WidthMin..WidthMax, HeightMin..HeightMax, Folder
    ; OR
    ; mx = Width, Height, Folder

    ; m1 = 400..480,196..320 "480_272"
    ; m2 = 234..320,400..480, "480_272"
    ; m3 = 768..960,400..600 "800_480"
    ; m4 = 480..600,700..960, "800_480"
    m5 = 1020..1280,500..800 "1024_768"
    m6 = 500..800,900..1280, "1024_768"

    Next delete the existing contents of the folder SAVE leave the program, run the apk manager and the position of iGO perform two steps:
    1. clean cache
    2. Force stop

    Going out with apk manager and restart your tablet.
    After the restart - if you have installed the Java applet "cache clean" - run, if not - you run iGO.
    It should work properly.

    regards mate

    Warning:
    In Annex you have "ready" folder ui_android. Unzip it and copy the folder - to the root IGO (before starting the manager apk).

    PS2 - "By the way" answer for colleagues who have tried to help
    When you insert a file multimode.ini declaration that force "reading" fit the screen of more than 2 lines of one base interface - the program "stupid" and crashes mistake!
    Therefore, the attached file multimode.ini other lines are disabled (!
