Default WIN CE 6.0 System navigation resolution problem

hi guys, sorry if i am posting on the wrong page or section, but i am new on this forum and i have minimal knowledge about navigation systems. I have buyed a chinese system which works with my original mercedes radio. and i buyed and sd card from the same seller with igo9 on it with european maps, but the seller is not responding anymore and i can't install the navigation, the system i have placed well in my car, thats not the problem because everything else is working. But i get a message that the resolution of the screen is not good.

the chinese system is a WIN CE 6.0 with a screen off 5.8 inch with 480x234.

So my question to you guys is: How can i fix the resolution problem? and how can i add dutch voices and speedcams of europe? OR can someone send me a file wich is plug and play type? Igo navigation for 480x234 resolution for WIN CE 6.0 with Europe maps, Europe speedcam, Dutch voices and Dutch interface if possible

sorry for the long post, but thank you guys already for your helping in the future.

thank you for your understanding and thanks for the help you try to provide, i will give the information i know and can find: the unit is called: KAV-9885S, screen resolution: 480x234, the system works on windows CE 6.0 in landscape mode. the seller gave an sd card with igo9 on it, but i get a message with a warning tht the resolution is not compatible with my device. And i have minimal experience with this kind of systems and navigations, its my first time. Also the seller is not responding anymore and i would like to get help with the problem i already told in the post here above. thak you for your help and understanding again.

What is exactly software on card?
Connect card in computer, see structure of files. Post a screenshot of content of iGO (Primo) folder. Then, right click on main exe file iGO folder (iGO, or Primo, or Navigator, or MobileNavigator, or..), properties...it will tell you what version of software you have.
Read some posts from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]...you will get an insight into the basic concepts
    Good Night

Strange structure of files...post more pics of it if you can, list of folders, ...
Download package from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], multires version have all res including yours. Delete branding.zip from it.
Add maps and other necessary files.
Put it in a new SD card, they are very cheap today.
    Try it.
