    First file Primo is trying to open is global_cfg.zip, so if content folder could not be found, than you get this message that it's missing.
    As I can see from picture in this post [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    On your SD card there is NO "iGO" folder, but folder content is at root of SD card.
    On SD card you MUST HAVE "iGO" folder, and everything should be placed in that folder
    Or maybe I'm just wrong

    Most of chinise device work under this lines....

    Open sys.txt with notepad and write AT THE TOP of sys.txt :
    [gps]
    port = 1
    baud = 4800
    source="nmea"
    set_messages=0

    Delete folder save and run iGO, wait 2 min to get gps signal....

    if this don't work then:
    Open sys.txt with notepad and write AT THE TOP of sys.txt :
    [gps]
    port = 2
    baud = 57600
    source="nmea"
    set_messages=0

    Delete folder save and run iGO, wait 2 min to get gps signal....

    This post requires you to click the "LIKE this post" button and hit F5 to read this content.

    It has defined values for ports in sys, but as I've described in post #20, if not working use it to find proper port&baud.

    OK, I was hoping that there will be proper baud/port in your original sys file, but there is not. It's configured as "auto", so we still don't have a clear answer what are the correct settings. The best solution at the moment is that you take advice form Boki_Srb. Install iGO8 ang to settings and use "Autodetect GPS" option. IGO8 will scan trough the ports and baud rates and it will surely find correct values which you can write down and use them in Primo sys.txt file under [gps] section

    [gps]
    port=x
    baud=xxxxx
    set_messages=0

    you can also check for GPS values inside the system.ini file from your original iGO. You can find that file in iGO\save\profiles\01\ folder.
