Default Copying iGO Primo maps to SD memory card

I have a GPS device with Israel and Europe iGO Primo maps installed in the internal memory.
I have downloaded to my computer USA and Canada maps (fbl, fpa, fsp file extensions).
    1. How should I copy those files to the GPS device's external SD memory card?
    2. To what folder?
    3. Should all of the 3 file extensions be copied?
