    Hallo.All
    reasons:
    01. TTS works perfectly.
    02. clearer / street names clearly smaller.
    03. Announcements are made precisely at the correct time.
    04. District Traffic and motorway exits announcements come at the correct time Perfect.
05 Primo starts significantly slow , the new generation iGO NextGen will guarantee faster clearer start. And clearly NNG will worry!
    06. I have already begun last year Language and TTS voice German and Turkish improvements Everything works perfectly.
    07. I am very satisfied with NextGen I've driven over 1,000 kilometers . Without any problems.
08 There should be more to write but I think it's enough.
I thank all the people working day and night for NextGen to improveit.
    Many greetings to all Titanic

More evolution than revolution, but clearly NextGen is improved over Primo Android.
Two huge deal-killer bugs have seemingly been eradicated:
    1) The landscape to portrait or vice-versa switch issue
    2) The MAJOR sound bug..where you would plug into the headphone jack (or use bluetooth) to connect to a car sound system and the whole unit is diminished to a whisper

With the elimination of resolution sizes and a switch to "DPI", it should be much easier to set up on different hardware.,.at least it was for me..no more fiddling in sys.txt for an hour trying different settings.
I have both an Android phone and a WinCE stand-alone GPS device, and setup NextGen on both to be identical (including skins), in a very short time and with no trouble at all.
Basically they have kept everything good (without question the most customizable navigation app available, and much from Primo transitions to NextGen without trouble..car models, some settings, etc), and fixed much of the bad.
Though not entirely 100% feature complete yet, this will come with more licenses and more work from the 'fixer' geniuses.

    Primo is the best

    with skins Gjak-Arimi, Dimka, Doupas

    01. TTS works perfectly of caurse in primo and had many more settings from nextgen.
    02. Had also very cleaner street names.
    03. Also announcements are made precisely the correct time.
    04. Primo District Traffic Announcement and motorway exits at the correct time.
05 Primo Begin faster from wind.
06 Primo have all languages and voices.
    07. I am very satisfied with primo covered over 500.000 kilometers I've driven. Without problems.
08 Primo settings, buttons and menu is fantastic... the menu is easy with light button and nice images and it not resemble menu from previous generation.
    09) With Primo we can change the skin that like to us.
    10) The Primo is easy to use anyone without much knowledge!!!

    And many more....
    I love primo!

    Best regards

    My experience

Those coming from iGO Primo for iGO NextGen catch a disappointment but it's for a short time with the use realizes the NextGen has more advantages.

    iGO Primo
IGO Primo "yet" is the crown jewel but not for long
The latest version for android is more stable and fast.
It has several years of developing skins, global_cfg, brandings etc therefore more visual and technical options for the end user.

    iGO Nextgen
The visual panel and the options are more organized.
It is faster in every respect.
The TT-PRO works better than the iGO Primo.
And there are more services available eg: Climate, Fuel

Needs time to mature both skins as in the additional add-ons.

    Best regards

    Good evening.
I can not say much, because I'm not a big user of GPS.
After installing many GPS programs, through this forum fell in love with Igo Primo, for everything and we can touch it, and learn them to me also something Some headaches, as I said our colleague Mike Hunt, because of resolutions, the sys, I liked a lot to learn these things and give headaches to Wolpen,Seria, etc.
Now I am usually an admirer of what comes next, supposedly will always be better, because also think that those who worked so hard to improve Primo, is working on this also, the NextGeneration, for sure it will be better.
I can not vote for 2, so vote in the future.
    NextGeneration.

Ps: Sygic for me went way down the new version to the old, so not everything that is newer is better

    soul2sou - thanks for your words ...
I am not against the Next ... As I am not against the new Ferrari, Lambo and other cosmic cars on wheels.
I love the classics! And one more thing - as long as rust eats all devices "older" generation - will be what to do.
    Regards wojpen

    Today I vote for Primo.
Tomorrow, maybe, it will be NextGen.
And maybe I'm just too old
