    Default iPAQ problem converting

I have been using this software for about a week, and it's a little mind boggling. I am converting png to ipaq/igo BMP. On some files the result is a 0mb file.

There should be no reason whay some files are converted properly and some are only 0mb.

    Any ideas?

Could it be the number of colours in the PNG you're trying to convert?
I've had problems in the past if the starting image has too many colours.
Solution was to reduce the number of colours to 256 before using iPAQ31x to convert.
    If that's not it I don't know.

I has 2 stripes, each with around 39 icons, and they would'nt convert.

I split these up to 3 stripes, it worked.

Same colors, and I have stripes that are 40-50 icons long. I don't understand, but at least it worked.

Might be something in that one image it didn't like perhaps, or maybe a bug in iPAQ.

I emailed the problem to the software developers, so hopefully they have a fix or idea why it's happening. It's not a big deal, just a 0mb surprise.
