Try deleting your save folder in content with the crash file, then re-install Primo.
Maybe that might help. Is your device compatible with Primo?

crash.txt help - WinCE, iGO Primo 2.4
Have generic gps receiver running WinCE6. My sys.txt file is empty (i don't know what should go in it but iGO works OK so far). iGO is installed on the devices SD card and not on the device memory.
