I can't get this to application to work, which surprises me. Not least because people have said it is straightforward and easy to get it to work, but because I have put iGo Primo, iGo NextGen and iGo NextGen Avicsync on my phone already with little difficulty.
I am running on Android 4.1.2.
I have on my ExtSD Primo 9.6.7.235654 with folder named iGO.
Also on ExtSD iGO NextGen Avicsync Pioneer 9.18.28.610238 with folder named igo_avic

On my phones memory SD I have iGO NextGen 9.19.1.484935 with folder named iGO_NextGen.

These all run happily side by side because their sys.txt files have their respective folder names in their scripts to direct them to the right folder.

So I thought that having a syt.txt for this Basarsoft with folder iGo_Basar in the script and the folder named iGO_Basar would lead to no problems but it has for me.

I downloaded the iGO-Basar folder which was itself inside a folder with the same name and the .apk from Post 1.
I put them into the root of my phone.
ThenI put my United Kingdom map from Avicsync into the 'Map' folder in 'Content' folder of iGO_Basar.
I thought that would be enough to get the thing going, but I am mistaken.

After instillation of the .apk the screen says 'iGO loading' and then the screen goes greyish, not black, as though the programme is searching for all the right parts and can't find them and then after 10 seconds it crashes out to my phones home screen.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    - try uninstall and install apk 2 or 3 time
    - maybe conflict with iGO_NextGen folder (rename iGO_NextGenOld and try)
    - if still problem, i need check your sys.txt

Something like this happened to me once. Because I haven't compatible voice files in folder content/voice. Try to put one compatible file and then, I think it will work.

Is it only me, or this version does not see 2015.Q4 maps?

2015.Q2 work 100% (NA & MX), 2015.Q4 MX (does not show, at all ... and I do not have NA 2015.Q4)

    *** Found the culprit ***

I use addon to run maps with 3 different iGOs, there I have HERE and TomTom maps.

iGO NextGen pack by Texas and iGO Primo with Doupas 9b see all the maps, although the former one needs lyc to activate the maps (*anyone with Mexico Here 2015.Q2 and 2015.Q4 licenses?)

iGO Basarsoft gets confused and sees some TomTom maps and some HERE ones. To be exact, it chooses TT over HERE and if there are duplicates it will ignore HERE.

So I fixed it with the pongo's ux map changer from the Texas's pack and after choosing HERE all my here maps are visible, after choosing TT all my tt maps are perfectly discovered.

**** There is downside to it , the plugin slows down the user interface drastically ****

@osiris could you please have a look at this (you may be able to create a map changer ux addon for the Basar)

I put the voice from my iGO_Avic in it.
It's a TTS voice that works in that programme.
It is an Australian English one ... Voice TTS-nua-au-f1-lua-dri40-vssq5fzz.

Are their others I could try?

I have tried a couple of .apks and neither worked.
I tried removing the iGO_NextGen folder rather than renaming .. that didn't work

No need to remove anything. You need iGO_Basar folder on sdcard (preferably) with all the content from the OP.

Reboot your phone. If it still does not work ... remove save folder.

If it still does not work, Force Stop iGO, clean cache, data, uninstall, reboot and install from scratch (OP app and iGO_Basar folder)

    It WILL work
