    Hii All,

My first experiance using GPS was on Garmin Mobile XT on Nokia 5800XM,now own Garmin Nuvi various model,205W,255W,880 and 2465,
So it shown i was on mobile phone early and now on dedicated devices, and i'm also own Samsung mobile phone, was try using the phone as my GPS,
but its really interupted me,so i switch back to Nuvi as daily GPS.And as my outdoor activities was travel offroad with my 4X4 vehicle, where is no road recorded yet
in the map,i'm prefered to use Garmin Nuvi as it has tracklog, and i'm able to record the track and send it to our Garmin map maker community here. They respons very fast
to update the map, 2-4 time a month. So i can use the map for next time visit. The Samsung devices i just use it when travel on Hiway to monitor current traffic by using WAZE.

Dedicated Car GPS for sure. It is way more robust than those flimsy smartphones. Just one device specifically made for this particular job, instead of a device which tries to do all kinds of things.

I am using Eaglei GPS's Fleet tracking system ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). It is being 1year now. I heard about the GPS app used in the android phones, but I felt it is distracting while driving. I am also concerned about its working. How could it navigate? Is it a free app?

Dedicated GPS as I found that Smartphone GPS is not accurate and can't show which direction you are walking.

I use a dedicated GPS, the tom tom one because it gets better signal and the battery on my iphone 4s drains like crazy when I use the gps function.
