I have a garmin nuvi 765T, and I bought a map for my country ( cannot say which as I do not want to create issues for forum). Map is locked on SD card, so i can only view it on my gps. I would appreciate help in order to view map in Mapsource. Thanks to you guys for the great work you do!!

I may be confused with the FID and Product code. The map is actually an NT 2009 image file. I used the map id for the FID to no avail afterwhich I use the Map ID for the product code and again to no avail. During conversion, the CGPSmapper don't seems to reconise anything except that it is a marine extended type map. I even tried the 25 characters unlocking code for the FID and Product Code with no conversion success result.

You will need to buy an external bluetooth GPS receiver mate. Can cost anywhere from 10 pounds to 40 pounds - the more channels - the better it is. All you do then is just pair it and select it in garmin and enjoy navigating.

What are we exactly supposed to have in the 'tour' folder?

-- There's a lot of literature about installing the aforementioned firmware and it bricking non-intended units..

Any more particular steps to getting voices for Garmin XT? (this is for my E71)

    Much thanks!
