Thanks for the nice words guys. The "top" dashboard could be adapted to a 480x272 screen just like any other one, but it would involve a bit of work to scale everything. I gave some pointers on how to adapt them in the article. It's basically the same as the 7-field dashboard but with an opaque background and the y coordinates changed to move it to the top.

I have not offered it for download because I thought it was a little too weird for most people. One thing that might confuse them is that it covers up the button to select it in the setting menu when you use portrait mode (or was it landscape, can't remember) and you have to rotate the screen to choose another one, haha. And of course it hides any guidance that appears at the top if your are navigating.

Visiting a friend in Greece at the moment and have been using the StreetPilot app as a pedestrian on my iPhone. It does what I need, but it's a bit of a mess with a confusing bunch of screens, some of which don't update as you move. But it doesn't require cellular data to work. There you go - let's see how far OT we can take this thread now, LOL.

None do. 800x480 pixels is largest screen size in nuvi range.

This is a dashboard for devices with screen resolution 480x272 pixels.
It's designed by me and it has 7 fields including the speed limit indicator.
Probably the speed limit error report button (plus icon) is not in the right position becuase my device doesn't support this feature and I cannot test it.
You are free to play with it. Hope you like it.

Seeing ioannis0 has given permission for that interesting 480x270 dashboard to be played with, can we have a volunteer to convert it to 800x480 for use with 34x0/35x0? [lion hunting in RSA should be slow in the Winter, hint hint].
