The traffic speedcam files goes into microSDCARD>Garmin\POI ?
Also for this unit, does it support 3d buildings and is it true that it has no support for 16gb cards?
There are no support for 3d buildings (gmap3d.img) for this unit.
Speedcam with alerts must be placed in device to Garmin\POI for best result. microSDCARD is available too but at the one moment POI in any case will be replaced to device itself.

By 'it' you mean the unlocked detail map i suppose. On microSD it can go in either the Map or Garmin root folders. In Garmin only possible naming in gmapsupp.img so gmapprom.img won't work there. In Map it can have <any_name>.img, eg CN_NA_All.img or any convenient identifying naming.

How to work FoursquareMap.img from sd card?

I see D4935080A.img and D4935080A.sid from 2017.10 EU NTU Foursquare folder

Be renamed D4935080A.img to foursquaremap.img? and where put the D4935080A.sid file?
