I have a Garmin for iPhone, v2.2 and I know that we can use maps, 3D buildings, JCV, but what about ASR, 3D Terrain, and others...
And I saw that there is a trick about enabling JCV, 3D Building and Terrain, ASR and others on nuvi 3xxx devices, but if I may ask what about the my old Nuvi 765t which can run JCV and 3D Building,, but not ASR, 3D Terrain.... Is it possible to make it happen...??!
    Thanks in advance!

is there any new Landmark 3D of Indonesia gmap3d.img most updated one? seems the one that came with 2012.20 has some of the 3D building a bit off from the place it supposedly to be located at. So, it's kind of blocking the road.. or you can say some of the buildings are standing ON the road/street...

Or is there a way to edit some of the building that are a bit off, and have it shifted a bit to it correct position?
What file should I play with in order to do this particular editing to Landmark 3D map?

    thanks alot

weel Does someone have the file list for Nuvi50 with North America NT 2013.40 map?

Does someone have the file list for Garmin Nuvi50 with North America NT 2013.40 map on SD card ?

I want to know what file that Nuvi 50 should use with North America 2013.40 Map , like what JCV file should use and does it support 3D building map file ?
Does SID or ther file needed ?

I check the post on North America 2013.40 , no include those information.

I get the map works , but no JCV worked . The post say should use the D3478070A.JCV (113MB) ,doesn't show any more information on unit. I get the last version North America 2013.30 JCV file D3478060A.JCV , but still not see the Jcv function .

Could someone help me on how to load the right file on it and how to verify it in right way?

    Thanks.

    @mysy
That's the correct file for Nuvi xx series for the NA 2013.40. Have you placed it correctly:
    unit:\.system\JCV\D3478070A.JCV
    or
    SD:\Garmin\JCV\D3478070A.JCV

Not many junction views on that file, so simulate a route from a large city such as LA or NY outbound along a major freeway then scroll thru the route to find a jv.

Your unit does not support 3D or SID or any other extras, except POIs such as speed and redlight alerts etc.

In 3590 i've transfer these folders:

system\JCV\ to sd:\garmin\JCV and it work fine
system\gmap3d.img to sd:\garmin\gmap3d.img and it work
    system\ASR\ to sd:\garmin\ASR and it don't work
system\SID\ to sd:\garmin\SID but i don't know if it work

in garmindevice.xlm in fact just for JCV and gmap3d.img there is "externalpath" string.
I think that SID don't work because there isn't "externalpath" string but:
    - if i change garmindevice.xlm and i write "externalpath" for ASR and SID folders, do you know if it work?
    - like i must test if SID work? (in menu is always possible set ON or OFF inside nuvi or inside sd)

Ahh, if it were only so easy to change the paths by editing the xml. But no, the device rewrites it on every reboot and your changes will be overwritten. Have another read of Post #1 and in particular the link at the base for 3xxx sd paths:
