What exactly are you asking? e.g. How to make an RGN from a GCD file? How to reach preboot mode to then flash the RGN with Updater.exe? It concerns me if you are in fact asking such questions because RGN flashing is usually only done with some kind of modding in mind and that should only be done with at least such basic knowledge which is really 'flashing 1.01'.

Preboot mode is either the TOP left corner or Lower left corner for zumo models. Zumo 660 is lower, but try top if lower doesn't work for your 665. What are you trying to flash and why?

My Zumo always appear on screen " Updating the GPS Firmware. 1%" and then "GPS Update Complete". It's always appear in every minutes.

That's nothing to do with the main system firmware [unit software]. The GPS firmware is a separate update and when it fails to update it's often because the GPS antenna isn't working or it's internal connection is broken. What GPS SW Version is shown in 'System' > 'About' page? If it's 0.00 you might have a hardware problem. Does the device get a satellite fix?

Which firmware are you running? Because...
Changes made from version 2.80 to 3.10:
Correct problem where units entered a loop of Updating GPS firmware.
    but 2.80 it's a really old software
In case run Garmin Express then reset it.

    Dear Caty,
I just updated the firmware by Garmin Express, Sofware Version is 5.10 . When GPS Mode set to "GPS Simulator = OFF" --> GPS version is 0.00.
And When "GPS Simulator=ON" --> GPS version is 2.90.

You could try a hard reset if you haven't done that already. Otherwise if it can't get a sat. fix it's likely a hardware problem as i said before unfortunately.

PS: Not safe to display UID in public forum, i've disguised it in your first pic.
