    Please help to guide on this more , so i can try to pack it myself.

    Thank you very much Neil.

    Hi All ,

    I think i have successfully use GFW.exe to pack the BIN to RGN again but seem like it's still doesn't in this case for moving Nuvi 68US to Nuvi 67SG .
    And now i have no idea on how to convert it , as I tried quite a few ways already .

    So not sure if there's anyone using Nuvi67SG version , able to share the Keyboard file , it would be very nice to have .
    As I'm not sure on how they put the Thai Character on the keyboard file , as Thai Character has 44 alphabets , not including vowels , English has only 26 Alphabets.

    Thank you very much .

    Sorry not to have replied quickly to help you with pack command for gfw.exe but my PC system disc crashed and i've been working on an 8" tablet until i got it cloned and running again from a backup. You said you managed to pack the SG bin files and write them into an RGN but then still couldn't get the original US boot.bin to work with the packed SG firmware, is that what you meant? Are you sure you had a match with your US unit's PCB P/N with one of those in the SG firmware? Did the regions all save correctly in the hybrid RGN when checked in RGN_Tool? Did you remove or rename the US Voice, Text and Keyboards folders in your device before flashing? If it's 'yes' to all of that, what message did you receive when the unit tried to boot as SG with the packed fw? You could of course try to flash the full original SG as an RGN file which will change the HWID and may make return to US harder or even impossible so it's not recommended. What is the HWID in the SG nuvi 67 firmware please?

    You mean what giomen suggested to try with the EU/US version of th_TH.kbd file of course. It's simple enough if you understand what he meant, make a copy of your US th_TH.kbd and open it in a text editor, Windows Notepad is fine. Search for these strings:

    label="A" output="A"
    and
    label="a" output="a"

    In both instances of "A" and "a" for label and output, substitute the Thai character "ก" [just do a simple copy/paste of ก over A and a]. He's hoping that you can then search for what you want by starting each search with ก added before your search word. I have no idea if it will work either, maybe it's potentially just nonsense as he said, but worth a try.

    Generally speaking I am afraid what the converting to APAC version is not solution because the kbd files and others is not available anyway...

    burachat, you can use extended part of keyboard in device. As I understand THAI language do not use capital symbols. Do you test my suggestion for the one charter at least? Especially if my evil genius of Neil give permission to it
