Error while Parsing "ergn,14" is a bad sign of a flash memory failure. Looks like it failed completely right when you tried to access it when formatting.
Also UID: 4294967295 (0xFFFFFFFF) means that data in region 34 has been erased. Most probaby due to the failure.
Most probably you won't recover your device with software methods.
But you can try flashing RGN file without boot.bin. Sometimes it helps to flash fw_all.bin. Use RGN_Tool to remove boot.bin.

Should I drag and drop fw_all.bin to first section of RGN tool and write to rgn file? Any other section give me that first section must be enabled with boot.bin.

Drag fw_all.bin to anywhere on the GUI of unpopulated RGN_Tool. The first available Section is used, in this case it will be Section 1. Then press RGN button and save as 059601000490.rgn. Press OK on the 'I hope you know what you're doing!' message.
