    Default NÜVI 1450 mods?!

Hey Guys, my 1450 Nüvi doesn't goes further than the "Garmin" Screen at startup.
I was just wondering if there is a kind of mod which i could do, when i solved the problem.

Does any other software exist for this device? Are some performance mods possible?

Please share your experiences with me.

    Thx in advance!

Stuck on the logo means it's 'bricked', probably by a faulty file [usually a recently loaded map, poi, voice]. Loading cure firmware will enable it to be seen in Mass Storage Mode if its unable to do so now and then the offending file can be deleted or the unit re-formatted correctly. Once it's running properly again there are no additional features which can enabled as it's a 'senior' model lacking only BlueTooth [it doesn't have a BT module like the 1490 does].

Beats me. Maybe if you're a genius you could change the processor. But, why would you do that anyway. Be like shoehorning a new 911 donk into your Mama's old VW, just not worth the effort. Sorry, but feasibly there is not anything you can do to trick it up. If you want new features just sell it and buy a new device.
