    Default Can who help me to solve my Nuvi 200 problem?

    I have a Nuvi 200 that bought in Canada. I want to use this unit in China. and downloaded a map which is China-2013.30-CHS-NT17-QSI+ISM. a Venus shift-corrected map. Now I can watch map when I turn the unit on, but can not enter the destination place in the unit. Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

    From the fact you started this thread in the Garmin Receivers Firmwares section, I assume you feel the issue has some connection with it. If not, a Moderator better move your post to this thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    I see Neil told him in China map thread to post here and see if someone can help, may be, to flash it to China firmware.

    His problem is not map related. He just doesn't have a chinese keyboard on his unit. If there is no CH kb for US nuvi 200, perhaps someone can mod an asian one for him or it may be possible to flash an asian fw for him to be able to enter an address in Chinese.

    @jeff8643
    There is an English version of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] posted now, but it has the official offset according to the posts made. You may be above to use it if your unit can use the 'shift-correcting' bin file [006B082300.bin] from here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], or you will have to wait to see if the Venus Shift Corrected version of the map gets posted.

    EDIT: Venus version now posted by syzygy in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
