help Edit software collar reception garmin astro 320 ?

    Hello everyone,

I own a garmin astro 320 US with the opportunity to receive up to 10 collar and I wanted to know if it was possible to increase the number of receiving collar 15 or 20?

Should we change the software garmin astro 320?

    Thank you.

I hoped I asked the question in the right section.

Best to take care using the US collars in France as the frequencies differ. None of the US ones match the 2 reserved in France. There is some discussion on this in an [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] which solves the problem for Nordic users of US Astro 320 by converting localisation of the receiver to use Nordic collars. You could do the same with the ID of a friend's French unit. At present there is no known patch to convert US astro 320 to another localisation as with 220.

The quote below is from the link [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]:

Use of this equipment in France requires that you obtain a license from theAssociation des Chasseurs Utilisateurs de Fréquences Assignés (ACUFA). You may be subject to sanctions by your local authorities for any unauthorized use.
With a warning of that nature i'd be concerned about using any US DCs in FR. Even using FR DCs without a licence is not legal it seems.

    Better resell those DCs.

Not possible more than 10 collars. But why do you need to track more than 10 collars/dogs? I think even one, two or three collars on the leading dogs is enough. The other dogs who follow the leading dogs won't go in different directions.

Sorry typo I have a garmin astro 320 FR. I wanted to USE instead of U.S..

Why more than 10 collars, because I hunt or we drop 15 dog leading dogs and often separate because we have a lot of wild boar and a very rugged terrain and vast.
