Default Problems with updates for 3597 FW 3.20

On first place - I have problems with additional updates for 3597.
The case is: Garmin Express shows that I have to update nuvi35x7 Language Text (v1.40).
In additional updates I have option to update and Map Themes, Traffic Text, Help files, Tracker TOU.
I'm updating, unmount unit, start it, main screen shows. Then after a minute or so message popup on the unit appears showing: There are additional updates for the installation of which you should restart your unit. Done!
So far so good, but after connecting to the computer again, Garmin Express shows the same updates available and again and again and again.
For me it is not so important and I can live with that but it is at least annoying!
In addition I have tried also simply to unzip update files in directory related, but that also do not help. The problem persist from very begging when I bough the unit and FW upgrades did not solve it. It did not help and hard reset, clear nonvol. Tried to update through WebUpdater - same old story. I did not tried just to downgrade FW.
Any ideas how could I solve that problem?

And other problem - I have and 3590 LMT with LifeTime update.
Using Garmin Express again and everything is OK, but when I start to install CNE to the unit it says Communication error and process stop.
And that's it. I know well how to install map without GarEx, but that is also annoying!

I'll appreciate any suggestion for solving both problems.
Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

Try to Uninstall all your units from Garmin Express (delete all files)
Restart Express and connect unit via USB (use Mass storage mode)
Express cannot work properly with pseudo unit, needs real unit.
Everytime I update express I need to do this procedure.

Do you mean Full Uninstall with all history and so on? And then from very beginning?
    Or just to uninstall units?

Go outside to find satellite and then connect nuvi to PC and look if GE still show the same update and like @Korabi say: Garmin Express is unstable

I have the same impression about GE, but as far I can't get result with WebUpdater too, started to think that the problem is in the unit itself.

    Just install units,
Also delete all zip files from all folders in the Nuvi.

Do you do Hard reset or clear non vol?
Do you set MTP to mass storage before you run Garmin express and update unit?

I think GE again create mess with nuvi.
