    Question preboot nuvi 2xx problems pc connected disconnect

    does anyone know how to preboot nuvi 2xx

    i preboot it holding top left of lcd and i can connect but then then nuvi says pc connected and the preboot disconnects

    I moved your post here. Be aware that some units hold preboot only for ~10 seconds, other are up to a minute. If a flash is not instigated via Updater.exe in that time the unit will either move to calibration screen then try to boot normally if not connected to a PC or will move to Mass Storage Mode if it is connected to PC as you've seen.

    how do I preboot the garmin 52ln? My gps for frozen and I cannot detect on the pc... I tried any methods non work. kindly adivse~ thank you

    2. Press the upper left corner of the screen.

    Pre-boot for DriveAssist 50 [probably also applies to DriveSmart & DriveLuxe]:

    1.Turn off the device....
    this dont working on driveluxe 50, for this device using standart upper left and power on button and connect to usb
