    I think, as Neil suggested, somehow formatting is not properly done in your zumo, you can try other tools may be, if RMprepUSB failed.

    If you've had an SD card in the unit take it out before trying again. If you didn't have one in, put in a clean empty one.

    I had to stop working on the Zumo for a while. How was my surprise when i turn it on and it was working.
    I tested him for a day and it still good.

    Well, I know that it is not in a good shape, just like me. Hehehe But I will use it until next brick.

    I think there is some hardware problem, because it has happened some times after our talk, then unbrick by itself. ...
