Did you try cure3 as caty said?
Normally nuvi won't boot but let you access to mass storage mode to manage the files inside.
Did you still got problem for mass storage?

yes i try garmincure with this 2 .rgn
109101000600.rgn -download from the web i dont remember
nuvi2x5W_GCDFile-MTK__760.gcd - original download from garmin site

with the 2 files i proceed to load in garmincure and create the cure file, then updated the device.
when start updater see the message loader and really fast , when try to erasing, see software missing and the updater finish with and error.

with rgn tool create a firmware with the boot.bin only and upload with updater. thats ok no errors in the updater but software missing stills

there is no way to clear the ram? and update?
after the flashing do i need to do something else? like hard reset?
until now y only use combination of left upper corner pressed with turn on to enter on preboot, but i dont another combination for something else because its changed until version 5.70

    thanks

Have you read Kunix's cure thread ? Cure is just to remove files from nuvi, then you must format and then replace files, but useless to explain it again here, read the thread and follow instructions

    thank for your effort

well today try to change the position from boot.bin and fw_all.bin with rgn tool, the update was sucesull see al the process to erase and write, but now when turn on the device see the logo garmin and inmediatly system software missing. no white screen and the device is detected in the device manager as Garmin usb GPS but i cannot see as disk in my computer. try to revert with a cure 109101000600cure.rgn
but nothing happens the updater cannot erase and display ther "garmin device is unable to program the requested memory region....".
When try the new firmware from garmin nuvi2x5W_GCDFile-MTK__760.gcd receive the next message

OS: Windows XP Service Pack 3
Processor: Pentium Pro or Pentium II, RAM: 2086880 KB
    IOU_UTILITIES.CPP-203-2.8

    thanks in advance

Well, after trying diffent firmware ,finally got to work as usb mass storage, so now there are many question
1-when i try to copy all the folder garmin, the gps hangs and i need to power off and power on,
2-if i try to delete the folder everything is ok, but when i disconnect and connect again, the folder magical appers.
3- when i plug the usb the antivirus block a file calling boot.exe because is infected. If i disconnect the antivirus the file boots and hang the gps, try to remove this but is autoexecution on every time i plug the device.
4-try to format with RMPrepUSB as fat32 with mbr , boot when the process goes to 50% get and error and cannot continue
    can anyone help
    thanks again

Because you say that? I read the post and helped me to make a cure, but this post speaks for another hwid different from mine (HWID = 1091 S4 Board). I have also managed to put it as mass storage, but I get a file that autoruns and hangs the garmin. The file is called Boot.exe. If the antivirus deletes it is operated in part, but not let me delete the files
As is explained in the previous post

You use your gupdate.gcd from your nuvi and create cure FW with kunix tool and also you create original FW from your gupdate.gcd.
Kunix cure tool is for all nuvi if you read theme you will see.

You have virus on your PC becouse nuvi dont use boot.exe.
First run som antivirus app and clean your PC.

Here is cure and original FW for your nuvi:
