Unhappy Trouble with Garmin Asus nuvifone G60 - restarting at start after update firmware from support

Need help: Garmin Asus nuvifone G60 restarting at start.
I was try update firmware v2.43 from support: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
nuvifone is successfully flashed but after restart it won't start.
Experimentally I found hot key to enter to download mode (or boot mode): "Volume Down" + "Power On". On display text "Ready for region update (0.0.8)".
In this mode phone visible for program "updater.exe" for garmin:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    but need right *.rgn file.

Reset code *GARMIN#1234# I can't enter because phone not give access to enter code - restarting on start.
Update by WebUpdater from support I also can't because phone not visible by USB in normal mode because it restarting at start. In mode "Ready for region update (0.0.8)" it not visible by WebUpdater.

Also experimentally I found hard-reset hot key combination: in powered off state I hold up left corner on display and power on phone. But it just ask for display calibration and still restarting at start.

I think not exist other way except flash it with right *.rgn file.
Who can make right *.rgn file - help please.
Firmwares for Garmin Asus nuvifone G60 can be found here:
ver 2.52 and ver 2.43 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
ver 2.38, 2.39 and 2.43 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and here is version 6.07.3 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Thank you.

Have you tried to contact Garmin? They best know how to repair their units.

    Welcome.
The Garmin nuvifone G60 soim I have uploaded the wrong software over the Web Updater. Garmin starts and stops on the Today screen, which covers the inscription Garmin Asus. for a couple of seconds screen will appear but you can not do anything. No handle to the USB port, which is activated after a few minutes, and Total Commander comes in the SD card drive, you can browse the files. Not in the inner disk - WebUpdater does not see it. There is preeboot, but you can not upload anything.
These source codes, but do not know much about it.
    Source code linux
