If you enable all the features following post n1 and other threads linked there (useless to repeat all again, read it with care and save your time) you'll have an Mp3 player, Video player and Voice Commands in devices with microphone available in their hardware.

    Ok....response from my friend:

Hello, I need two files 140.bin of series 3xxx, one with PhotoReal JCV enabled and one with this option disabled. This option must be the ONLY CHANGE between the two files.
    From what I understand:
    Region 140 features:

    09 - 3D buildings
    0A - 3D Terrain
    0C - TTS Phonetics
    0C - Junction View
    0D - Lane Assist
    0E - Speed limit
    0F - Traffic Eula
    10 - Photo Nav
    11 - ASR
    12 - Historic Traffic
    13 - Custom Avoidances
    14 - Advanced Detours
    15 - Premium Points Addressing
    16 - 2D Footprints
    17 - Custom Main Menu
    18 - 3D Buildings Supplementary
    19 - Bluetooth
    1A - ecoRoute HD
    1B - ecoRoute Purchase
    1C - ecoRoute Standard
    1D - Mp3
    1E - Video Player
    1F - PhoneLink
He created the executable by following these specific addresses. But PhotoReal JCV address that you have? In practice, make a box at most of the 23 already does not cost anything .... but where would write in 140.bin? Perhaps 2A ??

    Bye,bye

If you convert 3760T WITHOUT lifetime maps to 3490, will webupdater treat is as if it now has lifetime maps?

As it turned out the firmware 6.60 doesn't perceive the DeviceConfig_PhotoRealJcv_Enabled.xml

Therefore, all hope for the region 140, but need a correct address of this feature in the reg_140.bin offset (address '20' is not suitable).

Perhaps it was just a joke here:
