Hm, oh, is Jessica Alba using an automobile navigator for pedestrian journeys?.. I find it smart! I do it the same way. We're going to make a perfect match! Scarlett Johansson isn't that smart, I guess

I think I've found a way to check if a given unit (with a given UnitID) came out of a given package by looking at photos of both. Then I can make a firmware which unlocks the unit only if the UnitID matches. I think this is a nearly-perfect solution. What do others think?

    Sorry...but Redrock3 wrote:

    @ kunix

My opinion counts for little, but I would never do that (if I were able).
    But you're not me.....

    Bye,bye

Ok, it's the first opinion. But what's bad with my solution? Does it encourage thieves to steal not only devices but also boxes from houses? I think, no auto-thief would do that..
What about opinions of the others? I don't want to be the only one responsible, so I won't start without the approval of some other people.

Acually, it's mene_su_banovali's boss who has the locked 660. Redrock3 was the one who 'threw petrol on the flames' of this contentious issue. However i personally think that's a great solution but then i'm not the one actually having to do the work, and just because it's beyond my limited understanding that doesn't mean it would be hard to do although i suspect it would be enormously difficult the first time it's done from scratch. We happily pay professionals for most services and products, so why not this highly skilled service?

    * You and Jessica wouldn't last 5 seconds.
    * Who cares if Scarlett even has a brain.
    * I'm practically dumb-struck that you can actually do that, and you should imo.

Actually I didn't believe mene_su_banovali, as I'm quite sure GarminLock doesn't setup at all without setting the security location. I've checked on Nuvi 670.
Maybe the security location is too far, but anyway what's the purpose of telling something except the bare truth here?

I think Alizée Jacotey, Jessica Alba, and Scarlett Johanson also have the right to choose!? So Obama do not put to shame of your case

I like more democratic than you. In certain states I could pretend to bed with these above characters. But I realize that the mentioned states would require too much of me. So most likely I will choose a neighbor from the top floor in our case. I even have a bottle of champagne for $10 in my case. I think you will agree that this inexpensive unlock tool is not a criminal and fit into the democratic norms. I could come without a gift and have success in any case! But! Harmless at first sight the bottle can also apply in already empty state as a big heavy bottle to our star girls but in this case they do not have any choice. Accordingly Obama and I consider this last method for removing GirlLock as undemocratic.

Oh, so you actually understand that putting any maps on your device violates the right of map makers to be paid for their products. This is surprising!
Then why did you write this?

    The first, see smile!
The second, you touched on the first problem of SW and related product market. I do not have much experience in this area as opposed to gender relations Nevertheless I believe that the map makers is also a choice. For example:
    - to improve protection and (or) include loss to production costs (more common in underdeveloped countries),
    - to improve support and purchase condition for legal user (more common in developed countries),
    - it has not been canceled to bringing to justice for right violation at the end (anywhere).
The third, real democracy is the difference in the violation of the rights and property of public and legal entities and the violation of the rights private entities. Do I need to discover - what is why is not good steal from the people? A priori the usual person completely covers the full cost of his things. In the case of legal persons are nuances always - who is who regarding theft

If you can do this, than i support you, becouse some people lock nuvi by accident or forget PIN code and safe place, but you must decide who you will help and what they must send to you to proof that unit belongs to them.
In 4 years i only see 6 post where people ask how to unlock nuvi.
