Thread: Zumo 500 not getting detected by computer/ mapsource : please help

hi, upgraded my zumo 500 to latest unit s/w version 4.9. All was fine,but a week later, it is not getting recognised by my computer/ mapsource. Basically, the unit wouldnt go into the mass storage mode as it used to.

Checked cable and port, both works fine with my 60 Csx. tried hardware reset, yet no luck. Any help is appreciated.
