Wink Garmin Mobile XT for win mob GPS-enabled Phones with INDIA MAP&Voice Support - TESTED WORKING

Garmin Mobile XT for windows mobile GPS-enabled Phones with INDIA MAP&Voice Support - +detailed instructions TESTED WORKING

Add full-featured navigation to your GPS-enabled phone with Garmin Mobile XT. Just plug this data card into your compatible phone¹ (see specs tab) and start navigating. Garmin Mobile XT puts pre-loaded maps, spoken turn-by-turn directions, real-time services, and many more great features in the palm of your hand.

    Minimum Requirements:
Minimum requirements for Windows Mobile devices: Windows Mobile 5 or above operating system, 16MB program memory, 128MB storage card minimum (256MB or more recommended), 2GB storage card for full coverage

    INSTRUCTIONS
    a) Start installation of 'GarminMobileXTforWindowsMobile.exe' from PC through ActiveSync. Select your Storage Card as destination.
During the installation, files will be copied to your storage card. The files should appear in '\Storage Card\Garmin\Apps\WM'.
    b) Install 'GarminMobileXTSupportFiles_for voice files.
    c) Install 'GarminMobileXTFreeBasemap_exe' for Garmin's base map.

    d) When installed (may take a couple of minutes) goto aplications folder and start garminxt.
    e) Open settings/about
    f) Make note of your "Card ID" and quit the application.

    g) Launch the keygen, and enter the "Card ID" you saw on GMXT About page.
    h) select Garmin Mobile Xt in software product & hit generate.
    i) Copy the Device unlock code to clipboard. (select the text with the mouse, press Ctrl+C)
    j) Now open Notepad and paste (CTRL+V) the key into the window. Select Save As...
    k) Chose save type as 'All Files' and save the file as SW.UNL, it is important that the file is called SW.UNL and not SW.UNL.txt

    l) choose 'custom map set' with MapID:1119 for India & hit generate.
    m) Open Notepad again and create another file containing the map unlock code, save this as GMAPSUPP.UNL using the same technique.

    n) Copy both these files along with india map to the recently created garmin folder on your phone '\Storage Card\Garmin'.

very important.. you need to get in open for gps fix, then only it will show india map.
base map will be shown initially i.e. of UK.

    Hi..
I've installed Garmin on my Omnia i8000...
I've installed the Garmin XT and India Map (Both Unlocked).. but when I launch it.. My 'Garmin car ' shows in Mississippi (US) and not in india.. however I am able to scroll through the India map (after getting a lock)...
My Question: Why does my 'garmin car' shows in US and not in india (where I am)..
I am new to maps, Please help me... and lemme know what Iam doing wrong..
