    /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin/
    or
    /mnt/sdcard/Garmin/

I have all 3 paths shown in ES File Explorer that I am using. What is the official path of the app itself, when downloaded from developer?

    Many thanks!
Try first two paths. Use Streelpilot Path changer 2.7, make 2 different apks. Install each and run. If crash on 1st start, you just restart it. Success, if you get to Main page by pressing OK.

Paths are different on different devices.

Hi flagmax, seems that StreetPilot 2.35 does not like symbolic links. The only way to run it on my Lenovo A328 from internal card/memory was to use the path:

    /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin/
Any other wasn't really accepted. I introduced in this internal folder only a couple of languages, a couple of voices and basic local map and it works.

Could it be that my phone's KitKat doesn't allow going to the external SD card for applications? Or is it StreetPilot not liking external paths? My phone is rooted.

With EZ File Explorer, I have the path /storage/sdcard1/ showing as hard path/link but it doesn't work. In my phone it seems /mnt/sdcard2/ is a symbolic link, not a hard path. Same for internal card, /storage/sdcard0/ is shown as a symbolic link.

So /storage/sdcard1/ seems the deal, but it doesn't work as /storage/sdcard1/Garmin/ perhaps you suggest I go as:

    /storage/sdcard1/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin/
    instead?

    Many thanks...

That's what I read about Kitkat on gpspower. You have to edit something on your device to allow access to sdcard or there is an app you install to fix access problem.

Update : try SDfix app on playstore

There is a curious problem with StreetPilot 2.35 800x480, the time shown inside StreetPilot is one hour earlier than actual phone time. How do I change StreetPilot time to match phone time?

Download, rename to gmaptz.img and put under Map directory; but still doesn't work.

Edit: Nevermind, works when put under .System directory. I need to read first post more often
