    Hey guyz
I finally had to give up, deleted everything and thanks to baghdadvaio(ORAK now), who helped me with links and a complete self-installing package, I had it working on Note 2, android 4.2.2 Omega V29 rooted. Thank you, baghdadvaio. Then thank you voodoo and sosaw, and finally, thank you Catymag. (even if this is not a thanking post)

    Good day guys,
Everyone who is having "black screen/freeze on first start-up" (ex: Samsung S4 Stock 4.4.2 with no root) it is because on Google 4.4.0 and up the apps do not have permission to create files on SDcard
That is why you need to make an .apk with default directory: /storage/extSdCard/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin
Step 1 install .apk [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] thanks to rf711 from 4pda for creating the .apk by my request
Step 2 after 1st start up, copy the Garmin folder to /storage/extSdCard/Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/
Step 3 enjoy StreetPilot on Samsung S4 with no root
    Good luck and enjoy!

    Thanks, added in starting post

I am feeling that some information is missing from the Garmin folder..... Ready for new suggestions, since you appear to be inspired... :-)
It's not freezed, tap on the arrow up until Unites States show up.
It is emptym because your Garmin doesn't have the "ExtData" folder with the required xxx.bin files to display Chinese, Korean, etc.

    006-D0952-01 contains Chinese symbols,

Modern "On the Trail" devices (Astro, Dakota, Edge 800, eTrex 20/30, GPSMAP 62/78, Montana, Oregon, Rino 6xx) only recognize the font files 05 and 06.
The 3.xx firmwares for GPSMAP 62/78, and all FWs for GPSMAP 62c/sc also can use the fonts 07 and 08.

    Default Correction

Catymag - "Simply create a Garmin folder in sd, put inside SP Garmindevice, xml, plug it in pc and start Webupdater."

Great, it worked now, mnay thanks!

However, after updating all downloaded files I still can't get anything more than american english and chinese as a text language. Anybody any idea what could be preventing the standard Garmin install on Asus Padfone 2 from seeing the full set of text languages? Voices are fine, with every one available.

It means Android version on your device is below the requirements of the app.
It doesnt work on Android 4.1.1/4.1.2/4.2.1/4.2.2
Probably it cannot work on 4.3 too
    It needs Android 4.4.x

Update Note 2 N7100 Omega ROM V29 android 4.4.2 rooted - installed and working SteetPilot 2.33 on internal sd, Sdcard0.
I took the phone out for testing on real navigation, guidance, etc. Maps installed are CityNavigator Europe NT Unicode 2015.10, almost 3.6GB.
The program takes on destination easy , works with phone gps and blutooth GPS (garmin GLO), but performance is very VERY laggy. Stuttering when showing movment on the street, and (my God) re-routing is taking sooooooo Loooooooong, sometimes a few shorter streets are longtime over until a new re-route is calculated and shown, possibly even this one is not appropriate anymore.
After this I switched to a much smaller map ROAD2008 - Romania only - and performance was OK.
Is this because the hardware is not up to the app or are there some tweaks for better performance?
