The existing my Samsung Note2 firmware 4.1.2 can run Garmin street Pilot very smoothly. If I 'm to upgrade to firmware version 4.3 it be able to use it normally?

NO, read previous posts and the note in starting post, it should be quite visible!

I will clean the thread from these questions about Android 4.2/3 soon

Could you edit the first post & also add that it will not work on Android 4.3 - might stop a lot of the questions about it then ?

Is it not enough ? The problem users just post at the end of the thread without reading starting post. The same for instructions.
I'll add 4.3 , but we have an entire thread about it (linked above twice)

Hi, i have read the first post about the platforms that the streetpilot works on, i was really hoping to have it on my phone but unfortunately i got a s4 mini dual sim 4.2.2 platform and i am a big fan of Garmin. I am so Curious if there will ever be a version of street pilot for 4.2.2 as i cannot find a 4.1 platform for the dual sim s4 mini. so my question is not how to install it on 4.2.2 but, should i keep my hopes up that we will get a streetpilot version for 4.2.2 or should i throw that mobile in the bin and buy an older version android phone with 4.1?

Do not worry! Many people what I know had desire throw its cars in the sea because build-in navigation system do not support the newest or even though useful map...

the reason i ask is, i live in africa and i do a lot of country travelling and garmin maps have certain areas covered that i use alot that other companies do not have covered. yes i have a nuvi and use it every day but there are times you have to use other cars and dont always have time to remember or get chance to take the nuvi so to have an app on the phone with the offline maps is very handy and yea internet coverage is not very good in the remote areas, if you are lucky you can get an edge signal hahahaha so when i got my s4 mini i was really hoping to get the app working no my phone but was not lucky i use to have the garmin xt on a nokia e52 and it worked great until the phone got old

Try iGO, it's a very good app, for Android IMO the best.
