Default How to move the map to extSdCard on Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Hi catymag, thanks you so much that you deliver the way SP easily installed on JB 4.1.2.
It works on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100 official JB 4.1.2 no rooted. But it makes my phone has a warning said "Storage space running out; Some system functions may not work".
I'd like to install the map on my extSdCard due to as large as more than 2 GB of the City Navigator North America NT 2013.40 consumed the internal memory so bad. Is there any way to move the map from internal phone memory to extSdCard on no rooted one?
I'm used to save the map as on Garmin-Asus A-10 and A-50 (on external SD card) and I hope it can be with my Galaxy Note 2.

Note by catymag: try other libgarminos.so to install it in external sd card etc

hars: "OK, It's solved as I posted on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]"

Default Working Note I717 JB 4.1.2

Posting to say thanks and to let everyone know that Streetpilot is working wonderfully on a Samsung I717 Note running 4.1.2. I used the files and install instructions from the beginning of post 1. I had to edit libgarminos.so back to the "before" for the battery icon and also to use the maps on the external sd card. I find the resolution is perfect for the 1280 x 800 display on my phone. The app takes 4 seconds to boot up to the license agreement screen.

I noticed there is an error in the Garmin.rar upload. The basemap file is gmapbmap .img. (Notice the space between p and . which is not correct nor allowed for android)

Edit: how do you get the dashboards to work? It is not showing up in Map and Vehicle menu.

Yeah, I meant "voice" folder, not "voices" folder when I wrote that message. Anyways, it doesn't find it. My vpm files are in the folder: sdcard/Garmin/Voice

So you're saying that the voices automatically works on your S2? you didn't have to edit anything?

    @supersz
try to check the language settings in street pilot app if the voices are recognized from your files. if you can see any of those files in the language menu, then perhaps you have to play around with your volume rocker on your phone. there is a glitch on the volume on this one. everytime you start the program, the volume goes down that you can't hear. you have to raise it manually all the time from the start, at least that's happening to me.

Can you share it please ?

I will put a note in post n1 thanks
Edit: how do you gt the dashboards to work? It is not showing up in Map and Vehicle menu.
I added files in starting post because I could download them with device.xml by Webupdater, but they don't work for me either, even if are in SP menu, I've copied them in program root (Garmin folder) but looking at .xml probably they go in .System.
    Will test and feedback here.

Edit: dashboards don't work in .System too

    Thanks!
Try put for Garmin folder on internal memory this title Garmin⼀ , and then inside it, put all necessary stuff, voice folder, and rest of installation...

Black Wolf, what is the difference between your apk with languages and the one goodoane uploaded in Post #1?

It's same, guy who packed that release, used same method copy-paste work of release djeman and Black Wolf for no-rooted phones from 1.49 release.

Once you fix gps signal, that message will be stoped, and settings will be saved.

Here is the libgarminos file I used for my Samsung I717 Note running 4.1.2. It has the non modified battery. It supports the Garmin folder on the external sd card. (storage/extSdCard/Garmin/)

    Spoiler: CLICK

I have SGS3 and it works great! Thank you all! I have one little problem, signal icon doesn't working, anybody got some solution?
And, is there any easier solution for typing a adress? Firstly, i must go to Add shortcut, add an adress shorcut, and then when i want to type adress i must to scroll down then click to adress and etc... Is there an easier way to type adress?

Try fix gps signal, when fix gps signal, icon probably will work. You don't have to scroll down, just hold adress icon, and move it up, on top of screen.

You cant stop the Warning in any Garmin device, or you click the button or it disappears in few seconds
