If we have some user here who know reverse engineering, maybe he found the way how to force this apk to work also on GB.
I know that a lot of user dont have ICS on phone (not available for this phone) and this user will also like to try street pilot.
For all this user i beg Android gurus if he can try to modify apk to work on GB.

Working well on HTC Desire S (800x480) with custom ROM IceDS 6.0 (ICS 4.0.4).
Some buttons should be rearanged (like speedlimit - could be seen only half on the bottom right of the screen), but for the rest is ok.
    Thanks!

    Wow its great!
so i have installed these new lib for s2 and its looking very well. Changed the text and its working too.
Unlucky, even if i put others voices in the right dir, no one can be seen in Garmin. The icon is grey. Strange because early it was working fine...
i put the voices in garmin\voices where they were already.

Tryed looking in some others dir but cannot find any others

In voice folder, Garmin\voice, that libgarminos.so is for using Garmin installation on internal memory, but you can edit it with hexeditor and put Garmin on micro-sd Card, read previous pages, exactlier 1st page, and you'll find there instructions by catymag how to do that, if you want Garmin install folder on external_sd.

Yes, but i couldn't upload it, my upload speed is too bad ...

Use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

open libgarminos.so, on left side look for adress 1DBBB4C, it's at the end, just look with attention and you'll find it, or press Adress and then "go to", and there enter 1DBBB4C and on right side you'll see string S D C A R D/ etc. , edit that in E X T E R N, etc. if you want use it on micro-sd card, like caty explained on 1st page, and you have to make 3 empty space between every character like caty wrote, it means 00 00 00, and that's all...

Loly maybe it will be possible soon , for people who do not want to root their Android devices, my idea is that the repacking original StreetPilot .apk files and adding patched libgarminos.so adn libgmxt.so, which would replace the original files - libgarminos.so, libgmxt.so , which are inside .apk, so in that way patched files will be added to the places where they need to be added, and the installation would then be ok too for no-rooted devices .

This is just an idea, so we'll see how it goes .

I think this will go dificult , if Garmin officially didn't support, we don't have enough info, for JB is same, for now it doesn't work... Chinese friends too wrote that this version isn't supported for GB and JB, only ICS 4.0.x
