    You can't use Garmin SP on LG Optimus 4x HD, and don't double posts, next time use button edit!

    thank you and sorry for the double post. Is it known what is the issue with SP and O4xHD (the available OS versions or the Arm/Tegra chip?)
    Thanx again for the fast response

    Initially, I tried 2.14 on JB 4.1.2 but did not work.
    Then, I downgraded to 4.1.1, Omega V6.1 - ZSALJA with integrated kernel.
    It still features minor glitches like battery icon showing a discharged battery but works like a charm. Please read carefully the forum, especially the first posts, where everything is. Then get the libgarminos.os for 1280x720. For me it worked from the first try. Both internal GPS and external bluetooth gps work (external is more precise, using bluetoothgps.apk).
    If moderator allows and you will not be able to choose the appropriate files to make them work, I could upload the whole package somewhere. Cheers.
    I have been following the forum and been reading it carefully. What happens is that most people aren't listing what setup (ie, rom, kernel, etc) that they are using. It makes it difficult to decipher add to what files to download and try. I am on tmob usa, rooted stock 4.1.2, so I am understanding that I should downgrade back to 4.1.1 and I should have a "working" streetpilot" app, as long as I get the proper file installed.

    I'd just like to confirm that this only runs standard road maps ? I downgraded yesterday for a while to try this out and ran with a Discoverer series map (Ordnance Survey/topo type map) but it only displayed roads and no other detail so it would be useless for custom .jnx maps or Garmin maps for hiking, mountainbiking etc.

    Probably reaster maps are not supported; JNX maps are visible just in outdoor devices, Street Pilot acts like a nuvi. You'd need Monterra app working.

    No sound!

    StreetPilot V1.49 installed in a Galaxy S Duos (GT-S7562L) with ICS 4.0.4 and the latest stock firmware. Device is rooted.
    Gps signal ok, maps ok, routing ok, text (pt-br) ok, but there's no sound at all, not even the beeps. The voices I copied from nuvi 13xx/14xx series, and streetpilot recognized them as available to select in settings... Gps without sound is useless!
    Any tip on how to fix it?

    /sdcard/Garmin/Voice

    -> portugues_brazilian_.sum
    -> Portugues_Brazilian_.vpm

    -> portuguese_brazilian_raquel.sum
    -> Portuguese_Brazilian_Raquel.vpm

    (exactly as it appears, with uppercase/lowercase )

    Ok...if you download the garmindevice.xml from post#1, and launches the Web Updater you'll see that proposes only these 2 voices in Portuguese

    --> Portugues_European_.vpm
    --> Portuguese_European_Madalena.vpm

    Test with this,please

    Bye,bye

    I did the webupdater trick, downloaded the available voices and other stuff, but still no sound. Tried american, american tts, european portuguese (with w/o tts), spanish, and none of them worked. It's weird, I can't even hear the beeps of alerts, button clicks and other sounds. No sound...

    I installed with this apk: "StreetPilot_A68_v1.49_all_lang_dj.apk" and used a symlink to redirect the folder contents to micro sd card, because S Duos use a diferent name for external sd (externalSDcard).
