You need some java programing skill, to do that, otherwise read, and search for right libgarminos.so, there is not only changing some string, or offsets, you need to disassemble libgarminos.so and to modify parts related to resolutions, for that you need some lessons about java, and android programming, and reading stuff from this place,

I have a Samsung Tab 10.1, aka p7510 & have got it rooted.
Every time after i install Garmin SP, it always show that the program can only be excuted on PadFone.
This is just like excuting Garmin SP on PadFone in tab mode.
    Then how can I do?

I have tested that library on Huawei Mediapad (ICS 4.0.4, 1280x800) and everything is working fine. Please check that the path on offset 0x1DBBB54 corresponds to your map path (sd card paths differ from device to device). If the battery indicator fails do show battery level correctly, please check offset 0x1a0d6cc (again, paths to battery capacity may differ from device to device).

Please test it on your device and report back.

Anyone seriously interested in Garmin StreetPilot, please follow that Chinese forum. Do not be afraid of Chinese. Google translate is your friend :-) But downloads from China (baidu.com etc) are extremely slow :-(

    Enjoy!

P.S. Streetpilot works perfectly for me, but it unfortunatelly does not show POIs on the map (see post #202 by fenyo). It is a pity... I need POIs for my topographic maps.
Thanks, tried this on a Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite, it runs ICS 4.03/ 1024x600 and it does not work. Meaning it just hangs in toolbar.
Is there a libgarminos.so known to work on 1024x600?

thanks to all for maintaining this thread.

    EDIT:

So which path is one supposed to use for the Garmin?
Being brand new to Android, it seems odd that there are so many paths to same destination.
On this Huawei MP7 I can see several to my SDCards' Garmin folder

    /mnt/sdcard-ext/Garmin
    /mnt/sdcard2/Garmin
    /sdcard2/Garmin
    /extsd/Garmin

Which one did you use on your MediaPad to get it to work?

That's not Garmin SP Android, but Navigon for Android devices, but they call it "Garmin", cause Garmin bought Navigon company, and now is Garmin Navigon app, it's not related to this trhead and native Garmin SP Android app.
