Default New libgarminos.so (supports all resolutions)

    Hi all,
here is the universal version of libgarminos.so from our Chinese friends:

    [hide]http://www56.zippyshare.com/v/34437130/file.html[/hide]

    Supported resolutions: 640x480 800x480 854x480 960x540 960x640 1024x600 1280x720 1280x800

I have tested that library on Huawei Mediapad (ICS 4.0.4, 1280x800) and everything is working fine. Please check that the path on offset 0x1DBBB54 corresponds to your map path (sd card paths differ from device to device). If the battery indicator fails do show battery level correctly, please check offset 0x1a0d6cc (again, paths to battery capacity may differ from device to device).

Please test it on your device and report back.

Anyone seriously interested in Garmin StreetPilot, please follow that Chinese forum. Do not be afraid of Chinese. Google translate is your friend :-) But downloads from China (baidu.com etc) are extremely slow :-(

    Enjoy!

P.S. Streetpilot works perfectly for me, but it unfortunatelly does not show POIs on the map (see post #202 by fenyo). It is a pity... I need POIs for my topographic maps.

How I wished that my Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 would be supported.
But no, Nexus 4 has a resolution of 768x1280 and Nexus 7 800x1280
Well that's official, the real values from Android System Info are different

It's not that good, just working in landscape. I can't see Speed and cuts a little at the top of the screen. If you want to give it a try though ...
