A little bit better translate than google translate, cause google translate, translates chinese very bad!

My machine is I9100G, I put my modified libgarminos.so, libgmxt.so, libmedix.so three files to everyone. I navigate in SDCARD.

These three files are bored show man v, bear said. Give them both points.

    Description:
    First,
Libgarminos.so from v libgarminos_Ti2_CPU full resolution, power and libmedix.so address has been modified.
Libmedix.so/system/lib/libmedia.so from the I9100G normal after running GARMIN.

    Libgmxt.so, libmedix.so in/system/lib/under the modified permissions

    Libgarminos.so copy to/data/data/com.Garmin.Android.apps.gmobilext/lib

Three, my Android version 4.1.1 running GAMRIN is now power properly positioned normal to simulate normal.

Four, my camera UBS debugging is successful, a few pictures.

    我的机子是I9100G,我把我修改好的libgarminos.so、libgmxt.so、libmedix.so三个文件给大家。我的导航装在SDCARD. 以上三个文件是闷骚男V大指使的、狗熊说的。给他们俩加分。
Five, if the above libmediX.so test is not successful, the file must be libmedia.so or 4.0.X ROM in your machine running successful decompression and made libmedia.so, and renamed libmedix.so.

VOODOO: looking for a success of 4.0.X LIBMEDIA.SO, if you had no ROM. Be found outside their own. And then will be able to see the ROM to unlock.
    Libmedix.so copy to libmedia.so to 4.1 system under/system/lib
    Under the modified permissions
    String libmedia.so in libgarminos.so to libmedix.so
    Then toss the original steps.
    in chinese bellow

下载:[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
MM:[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    说明:
    一、
    libgarminos.so来自V大的libgarminos_Ti2_CPU全分辨率,已修改电量和libmedix.so地址。
    libmedix.so来自I9100G正常行驶GARMIN后的/system/lib/ libmedia.so .

    二、
    libgmxt.so、libmedix.so放在/system/lib/ 改下权限

    libgarminos.so拷到/data/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/lib

    三、我的安卓4.1.1版运行GAMRIN目前电量正常,定位正常,模拟行驶正常。

    四、我的机子UBS调试成功了,上几张图。

    五、如果上面的libmediX.so测试不成功,这个文件必须是自己机子运行成功的libmedia.so或4.0.X ROM中减压提出libmedia.so,并改名为libmedix.so。

    把libmedia.so改为libmedix.so拷到4.1系统的/system / lib下
    改下权限
    再把libgarminos.so里的libmedia.so字串改为libmedix.so
    再按原步骤折腾就行了。
It's really difficult to understand from this translate, so maybe if here is some chinese guys, to try translate this chinese message better...

I understood that is necessary to put Libgmxt.so and libmedix.so in system\lib, from archive, libgarminos.so in default location, and maybe to use libmedia.so from some working ICS 4.0.x on JB 4.1

or maybe this combination, if i understand again good

    1. copy Libgmxt.so and libmedix.so from archive to /system/lib/ with modified permissions 0644

    2. copy Libgarminos.so to /data/data/com.Garmin.Android.apps.gmobilext/lib

    3. In case that libmedix.so didn't help for working Garmin SP on JB, then to take from ICS 4.0.4 ROM libmedia.so of our device, and to copy in /system/lib/, or to extract from working ICS 4.0.x from our devices.

*in this case explanation is for SGS2 with JB, cause this guy used SGS2 exactlier I9100G

**update, libmedix.so, you get by renaming libmedia.so in libmedix.so (libmedia.so taken from ICS 4.0.x device where Garmin SP works ok)

I use this libgarminos for my galaxy S3 on 4.0.4 and it works perfectly: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . Supposing that I want to upgrade to 4.1, then what do I have to modify in that file (or another) in order to make it work again? and what's up with that libmedix.so file that was mentioned before?. Is it like the user fenyo said above? that one should put libmedix.so into the folder /system/lib and then it will work on JellyBean?

So basicly if I should do a backup of my libmedia.so of my ICS, then do the first 2 steps you said, then put the libmedix.so in system/lib and if that doesn't work I should use the libmedia.so backup I previously made from ICS, right?

Most people tend to have problems with the libgarminos file mostly, because it comes in many resolutions and maybe one has to edit it with a hex editor in order to change the maps folder. Does the libmedix.so or libmedia.so have the same problem? (I mean, that one has to find the correct one for each phone) Or they're just normal files?

Libgarminos.so and Libgmxt.so use from link package bellow,

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

pass: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

libmedix.so create using libmedia.so from your own ICS 4.0.4 ROM, renaming libmedia.so in libmedix.so

    tnx to wkj525 for solution!

And then do these 2 things..

    1. copy Libgmxt.so and libmedix.so from archive to /system/lib/ with modified permissions 0644

    2. copy Libgarminos.so to /data/data/com.Garmin.Android.apps.gmobilext/lib

What's the password for that zip file that you posted?

I see...I missed that part, I'll have to reinstall 4.0.4 to get the libmedia.so file and replace the file in 4.1.2, I'll give it a test today and report back.

That files will not be useful for you, cause are for SGS2. Use same libgarminos.so and libgmxt.so which you used on ICS 4.0.4, and backup libmedia.so from your S3 ICS 4.0.4, then try with installing on S3 JB, do same thing like before for libgarminos.so and libgmxt.so, and rename libmedia.so in libmedix.so - change permission to 0664 for libmedix.so same like for libgmxt.so, then try with restart or without restart phone, dependent of rom, for ex. i don't have problem with loosing settings on stock ICS rom, if you have stock JB probably will not be problems...

libmedix.so method works partially. I try on my galaxy note with 4.1.2. Garmin can start normally but can not find any satellite signal. I saw people report that 4.1.1 is OK.

Thanks dude! I am downloading a unbranded 4.1.1 official rom for my S3 and I'm gonna do that (I've just backed up those files ... and also done a backup with Titanium Backup). But I think that maybe next week I am gonna do a follow up to a videotutorial I made on how to install all these stuff (It's in Spanish, that's why I haven't posted it here). In that video I mentioned that it only worked on ICS, so I'm gonna do a response video with these additional steps for the ones who want it for JB; and it would be nice if I also put the download link for the Samsung Galaxy S2 files also in the video's description, but I would need the password for that file :P. EDIT: I've seen you added it! :D )

    Again, thanks!

Nice, try, wish you luck ... I see you are from Argentina , you can translate your manual in english, with google translate faster, and then correct wrong translates , or just post video and links for download stuff you used on your S3 ICS and JB... Yeah, i edited post with pass.

If you are good with Garmin on S3, like my favorite football player, man from your country - Messi , you'll solve it fast ...

You are welcome, enjoy it !
