    Greetings from Lima, Peru !!!

First of all my thanks to all those that have been working hard to make SP work in Android systems.

Thanks to these efforts I have been able to install SP 1.49 on unrooted Samsung Tablet Galaxy Tab II Plus 7" running ICS 4.04 and everything is working fine except for battery icon and sound during navigation - It does play the voice when "Searching for Satellites" but that is all.

Has anyone been able to sort these problems successfully? I have read through most of the thread was not able to find any solution, so if one exists, I would be most grateful!

    Thanks once again,

    JCC2

Try looking through this thread [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

You should check your voice directory (/sdcard/Garmin/Voice) and maybe post the voice files that are there.

There may be a solution in post 307 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (page 31) .

Karaoke seems you didn't read with attention that thread! How you can suggest someone with ICS OS, to use Garmin for JB!? Sometimes is better not post, than post something wrong!

    Hello,
Nelson17 wrote that he tried to install Street Pilot on a S Duos. Now I have the same problem. I installed several versions, but I need a version for 800x480 and ExtSdCard for Android 4.0.4.
    Did anyone found a solution?
    Can anyone help me.

The phone is not rooted and I don't know how to operate with
"use the official 4.04 system, the path is: mnt / extSdCard / Garmin / libmedia.so ( changed to libmedix.so)
    / data / data / com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext / lib / permissions should be changed after rwxr-xr-x.
    libmedix.so file permissions should be changed to rw-r - r - "

In the first post BlackWolf wrote the version would be for SGS2, but SGS2 also has extSdCard and not sdcard or external_sd

No, because wolf wrote sdcard or external_sd and I need extSdCard. If you mean, I'll try this evening.
