    @Stand-Offish
    if you could stand reading furthermore on the garmin map section, maps are there that could even cover the whole world provided by ms catymag. the instructions are well stated and the links are available as well. just keep on reading and you would find more than just the uk map.

    Hi, I had problems with resolution on my Huawei Ascend G300 - the resolution was not over full screen (there was black gap). I found modification on sosaw.com, repaired it and modified also storage to mnt/sdcard2 in libgarminos.so

    Hello everybody. I am trying to install on my chinese 7" car dvd with OS 4.04 not rooted.
    Use for years garmin on windows CE and windows mobile devices,
    even before the JM keygen time....i could say i am not noob to it.

    Device has internal memory (called tablet, 250mb), internal storage (called sdcard, 2,5gb)
    and external sd/tf card called: extsd.
    Installed apk, moved app to sdcard, then language. Application works, finds gps, save settings, but... No maps found and no voice.

    Please, don't reply like "read the thread" etc..., i read it twice, also the "Garmin StreetPilot running on Samsung Note" thread (once)
    Folder Garmin has all the needed directories like explained in the thread.

    I put map (part of CN EUR 2014.10) on .System folder, named it gmapprom.img, then gmapsupp.img no map vissible.
    Then, in folder Garmin/Map, not visible on both names.
    Then in /Garmin folder, then /Garmin/Garmin folder, still no maps even not the basemap (v 5.01)
    My map works fine on a nuvi13xx series just like the basemap(made with mapsource, activated with gimgunlock)

    libgarminos.so is edited to work looking on "extsd" and put it back where it was.
    Voices folder has TTS and no tts taken from nuvi.

    Tryed also other apk's, taken from other forums, same problem...

    I definately do smthing wrong, but wat...
    I would very much apriciate any answer about these problems...
