I have this issue on my N95 with V5.00.60. Actually it's happening since previous version: whatever map I choose, whatever language, etc., even with only 1 map selected, when I select WHERE TO and ADDRESSES, the Garmin Mobile XT freezes. Sometimes it closes, but most of times it simply freezes. Already uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. Any tips? Thanks!
    Sorry for my bad English...

Do you have a task manager or similar to see if you have ram enough to run it?
probably you have too many processes opened or some software installed interferes with it-
I never had problems in my n95

Yes I have Handy Task Manager. No programs or processes running in background. Also no TSR applications like anti-virus or someting that occupies RAM. I have now:

    23.4Mb free of 55.9Mb RAM
92.4Mb free of 147Mb Phone Memory
8.1Gb free of 16Gb microSD card

    try this :
disable the accelerometer (settins > general > sensor) and in garmin, put the map detail to least (tools > settings > map > map detail). A-gps turned on - Update your firmware too- but probably some FWs have problems with Garmin- Does Nokia prefere we use Ovi maps ?

Sure it's working, but if you turn your phone in landscape with map orientation set to 3D, you will see distorted picture on right side, ...

It is recommended to install 5.00.60 version, specially on v5 phones.
If you already have Mobile XT version 5.00.50 installed, you could only copy .SIS file to SD and run it (just answer "Yes" on all questions).
No need to copy all files and overwrite your settings.
Basically, when you copy all files from this installation on phone, you get 5.00.50 version, and by running .SIS file it is upgraded to 5.00.60 version.

    - You must have a previous version of the XT software installed on your SD card to have all of the help files, voice files and basemap files. These are not included with this update.
    - During installation, you will be prompted to turn on your Garmin GPS. Please Note: You will not gain access to Garmin Online features and/or the navigation will be unavailable without connecting your Garmin GPS.
    - A minimum card size of 256 MB is recommended for Garmin Mobile XT software with maps.
