Thanks alot catymag but it doesn't work and the the alternative to make it works is to go Setting/Manage my data/map sets/mapsource and untick the bluechart checkbox when not using it.

    Hi Catymag,

Just wondering, can this bluechart img file be used with GarminXT?

Yes it can and the later version 2008.5 I'm running it on my HTC TyTn 11 :sauteur2:

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but can anyone please post the tide tables to go with this gmapsupp, so I can incorporate it into the GPS

    Thanks.

Just download the newer chart 2008 V10.5 install it in Mapsource then update your 2+ year old software and get the new tide tables as well. :idea5:

    Just installed BCPac v2008.5

Tides were saved into Garmin 76CSx and I can check up the info from the find menu without problem.

However, when I tried that with GMXT on N96, I could see that the BlueChart Pacific v2008.5 tides mapset is installed as a gmapsupp.img. But, I'm still unable to view the tide tables.

I've tried looking in Points of interest, even from a known tidal station in the map but cannot see the station, nor tidal information.

Am I missing a step here?

Realised that GMXT doesn't support that function.

    Thanks anyway.
