    hi,

    you should use Garmin's Basecamp (resp. Homeport for the bluecharts) for all maps in IMG format. The IMG map must be on a removable memory type (USB-stick, SD-card) to be found in Basecamp/Homeport and there in must be placed in the path 'Garmin', e.g. i:\Garmin\

    Alternatively you can change the map type with the 'GMapTool' program (see here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) with much effort.
