Hello guys! I downloaded Garmin City Navigator Europe NT v2010.30c mapsource+IMG +Regions but I have a problem.
Is it possible I don't find the .msi file inside of any folder??
I don't know how to install the map on mapsource. If i run the .exe file it asks me for an unknown code.
Sorry for question but I'm quite bad with this stuff!!

    follow instructions in that thread

    * Extract the .exe file with WinRar (DO NOT INSTALL IT)
    * When extracted run CNEUNT .msi file in the IMG folder to install
    * When finished install MapSource 6.15.11 Patched:

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to get both the FID and PID from an installed mapsource version map ? If it is in the registry, where exactly ? I am looking specifically for one which is not in the forum maps pid list.

    thank you in advance.

The simplest way is to use MapSetToolKit to see FID/PID of installed maps - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Hello.

Could someone please unlock the estonian Garmin maps? I need them to be in unlocked *.img format, as I am trying to use them with NavIT on Linux. And there's apparently no software available on linux that would manage unlocking (legally or illegally) Garmin maps.

Even contacted Garmin to see if it would be possible to actually buy unlocked maps for Linux usage - the answer was no.

For unlocking MapSource maps use tool from this thread
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (do NOT use this tool with "City Navigator" maps they have to be [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] first)
and You can find how to unlock .img maps here
