thank you for the info, so the next i have to do is, replace the gmapprom.img in the system folder from 3684119.zip, and put Indonesia.JCV to JVC folder? should i rename the Indonesia.JCV to SMA.JCV? or leave it as Indonesia.JCV?

    thanks again... :D

You don't need to rename the JCV file but you can if you want. "Anyname" will work provided it's no more than 11 characters.

sorry for asking again, already use the unlock on the link via terminal (i'm on mac). after i copy the file (gmapprom.img) to garmin, now it says: "Maps are corrupt and cannot be used. go to garmin.com/express to download the latest maps".

    thank you...

Sorry panning I noticed now you have a nuvi 2567.
You need to patch your firmware to use unlocked maps.
    Read:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and you need Windows, nothing to do with a Mac.
Be sure to use correct HWID firmware when patching.

Post in thread ( with your HWID info) and ask for a ready pack for sd for your device.

    Hi,

I have followed the instructions of identifying the right file to download but it's all just confusing to me, plus I can't find "JCV" in the xmll file. I'm using a nuvi 200W. Which file should I download? I would appreciate it if you could assist.
