Sherco, tiles 35100075.img and 35100079.img have mixed values (meters and feet) in the elevation labels, can please modify them again?
All the other tiles are OK, every number in their labels is in feet.
Thank you very much for your effort!!!

    Spoiler: 35100075.img 35100079.img

    This mapset is very strange....
The tile 35100075.img has 2 locations for elevations! Yesterday, I had corrected the last location (at 0x2CBC54) but I had not noticed the first location (at0x2C0365).
Now I have also corrected these values (but I do not understand why they are duplicated and why some contour lines use the first location while other contour lines use the second location...)
I think that it is now correct [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

35100079.img is far more incomprehensible. There are 5 locations for elevations!! And there are a lot of elevations like "406 M" !!!!! If 406 is in meters, it is very strange for a contour line, and if it is in feet, why is there a "M" ?
For the moment, I don't understand how all of these numbers must be corrected...

Edit: In 35100079.img the 2 last locations are used for contour lines only while the 3 first locations are used for contour lines and also other elevations. In other terms, those elevations of contour lines are "lost" in those 3 lists that contain essentially numbers that are not used for contour lines... what a mess!

Please try this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I have modified every elevation multiple of 10, assuming that there are a few chances that a multiple of 10 is used for an other elevation than a contour line... I don't know how to find the elevations of contour lines among the other elevation because in this file there are mixed...

    @sergio2
Can you give an exact location? I can't find these issues...

Maybe are you talking about the POI? Some POI seem to be incorrect too. I think it is the same issue than for the contour lines.

Here is another version where all the elevation in meters (like "306 M") have been modified in feet (regardless if it is a contour line or a POI)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
The POIs seem to be correct now.

Yes, you're right : it seems only POI are wrong.

Another strange thing, why are all roads duplicated, i.e N 332 on the picture ?

Edit : POI are correct now, but still this road duplication.

    Stop searching...(you should be patient

The devil is in the details!
35100079 is the ONLY tile that has Elevation Spots in meters, that's why Sherco found numbers that were not multiple of ten!
So I edit the original 35100079 with GPSMapEdit. I changed properties>feet to meters, saved it in Polish format, then export it as Garmin img.
By some miracle or pure luck everything went OK and Mapsource was able to create an img file this time!!!
I was late because I've checked it as much as I could in Mapsource,, Basecamp, nuvi 3490 and 60csx, evrything works fine now!!!

I added this POI to the official TYP file as a back cross.
This is Sherco's 35100079 where all the contour lines are in meters but the elevation spots in meters/3.28
    79 01

This is after I modified it in Mapsource

    79 02

    This is in Bascamp

    79 03

    This is in 3490

    20159

Sergio if your satisfied with this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] I will post at topolusitania topic the Mapsource version, the new img file and a ...nice surprise for those who want to view this map as 3D.

I have also finished checking Madeira for some rumors of wrong contours, it's a false rumor...
